Automatic "reset to green" for ESXi hypervisors

ESXi hypervisors start in the environment at the same time as vCenter that has to reconnect to them.
They start in a "warning" status that does not let them run tasks (i.e. start VM).
A way to "reset to green" is needed for the environment to start automatically
