Can't view dashboard without internet #7
Description
Everytime i try development when the computer doesnt have an internet connection i keep getting this error;
Warning in file(con, "r") :
InternetOpenUrl failed: 'The server name or address could not be resolved'
Warning: Error in file: cannot open the connection
