Why does miniconda3 fail to get the latest updates in time?

Sorry I'm a noob.
I checked miniconda3.json and thought it was right, but why github-bot failed to get updates for several months?

• Resolved in miniconda3: update to version 25.1.1-2 #14977.

It appears that due to upstream changes, we were unable to retrieve the latest version from the URL in the checkver field at that time.
