What is the best way to import store application as a project dependency

What is the best way to import a store application as a dependency to my flow. I'm using the Workday HR Spoke sn_workday_hr_spke to interact with Workday.

Couple issues I'm seeing:

1. "*" is not working as expected (see screenshot)
2. Subflows and actions have complicated metadata file structures, which tables do I need to specify as dependencies?

to get flows/ subflows - table name is sys_hub_flow
to get actions - table name is sys_hub_action_type_definition
