Support filter field for webhook register flow #3080

Hello,
Could you please add support for the filter field when creating or registering webhooks in the register.ts file?
At the moment, other fields are supported, but webhook filters are not. For example, we can create a subscription to the Product Update webhook and specify the EventBridge ARN, as well as other fields such as includeFields and metafieldNamespaces. However, it is currently not possible to specify filter parameters for webhook subscriptions.
It would be very helpful if support for the filter field could be added during webhook registration.
