Resizing the window does not align the focus area and the tooltip correctly

After loading the toolip, if the window is resized the focus area and the tooltip is not aligned correctly with the element.

Hey @vaakash. Thanks for noticing this issue. Currently the version does not support alignment with dynamic window resize. Though I am working on this and will be added soon :)
