Add patient status tracking field (intake through release)

Extend intake records with a status field updated over the animal's stay.
Status values: Intake, Critical, Stable, Pre-release, Released, Deceased.
This data powers a future public patient dashboard on serc-site.

• Add status field to IntakeRecord model
• Add status selector to ReviewForm
• Write status updates to Google Sheets with timestamp
