STATUS_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION in 2.5.3

I'm getting a STATUS_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION in edge. Sadly there are no tools to debug this that I know of. It triggers when I open any pdf in any of the tools and it looks like it comes from loading /pdfium/pdfium.wasm.

Microsoft Edge is up to date.
Version 145.0.3800.82 (Official build) (64-bit)

Let me know if there is a method to get more information about the crash.

Is it on a certain page or tool? Or a certain action that's needed first? I want to try reproduce this issue

It's on any tool as soon as I try and load a pdf.

I have tried disabling all extensions, clearing all site data and restarting the browser, still the same problem. Trying to reproduce inside a brand new profile doesn't seem to trigger the problem though.

Does the issue still happen outside of your reverse proxy / hwoever you setup your domain
Does direct IP work fine?

Yes, I just tried exposing the port to the host and connecting through an ssh tunnel directly, same behaviour.
