Remove "_convertedToPDF" suffix for converted files

When converting (in this case docx to PDF) the new file will get an automated but unnecessary suffix "_convertedToPDF" to the file name.
Is there any way to change or remove this entirely? The result is a different format, so there should be no naming conflict whatsoever.

I didn't find any option or explanation about this. I could of course just change it manually but this would be a tedious process if I'd need to do this every time.
