I'm working on the base bot update so I can update DJ and release v4.0.0 of it, but the events are still broken.

I think there is some work being done on a new setup for this. I will update back here when I can confirm and provide that info.

Nope, I promise I will post back when it is fixed. We are working on some internal changes that will enable this, so don't worry, I didn't forget :)

haha, just checking. No worries. Work and stuff have kept me busy, just would like to work on some stuff for StreamMe.

Haha, I would like that too, we are focusing on a few other things and the tcp chat system was really BETA when it was released, so "code rot" hit it more quickly than we would have liked...

Are you guys keeping it how it always was? Or changing the way the chat works?

Not sure yet. The issue with the tcp chat is that it was not the way our main chat interface worked, so it got less attention. We are working on some better chat api's now and will decide what to expose once those are done.

I thought the whole system went through SocketIO?

The main site integration did. But that has since been changed (partially). Also, the bots integration was not sockets, it was tcp. So either way it is different than what we are using in production these days.

I know. I just use sockets and tcp (for bots) for my projects.
