Revisiting possible shortcuts

I know there's been some discussion about this in the past, but with more and more GBstudio games being made, that means a lot more music having to be written, and I feel like Huge is missing some key shortcuts that could make the workflow much more smoother:

Octave change
Pattern/Order change
Step increase/decrease
