Doesn't work when people use the `#file` trick

You can use `#file` to locate resources stored alongside your sources in packages. Since we are building images in a different location from their final location, this may not work properly. Maybe the code just needs to be adjusted to work w/ relative paths.

This is probably also the reason why Kitura is complaining a bit on startup.
