Hi,
Was hoping to run Easyfuse on mouse tumour samples to predict fusions. Given that Arriba, Fusioncatcher and Starfusion support mouse references is it possible to use this on mouse tissue? Will there be any future support for predicting fusions in mice for ver 2.0.3?
