TanStack Start - Data Fetching Guidance

Hi y'all,

Loving TanStack Start. We use it a lot at Cloudflare. One thing I'd love to discuss is data fetching. In TanStack Start there are roughly 3 ways I'd fetch data currently:

1. Server Functions - By far my favorite way. Feels very idiomatic TanStack docs
2. Server Routes - Easy to create a simple REST API inside of TanStack docs. Could be combined with TanStack Query
3. fetch / TanStack Query to external API - At Cloudflare we're fans of Hono. It's a great way to create a REST API on Cloudflare Workers, but it feels the least idiomatic for TanStack since you can Server fns and Server routes (1, 2)

How is everyone thinking about this?
