[ENH] Extend support for MacOS

Currently, faiss features seem to make scio crash on MacOS. Porbably related to https://pypackaging-native.github.io/key-issues/native-dependencies/, but monkeypatch only works for Windows.

Investigation:

• Monkeypatch (i.e. KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK=TRUE) is still necessary (faiss-cpu>=1.12 does nothing here)
• But not sufficient (inifite freeze)
