Steps to Reproduce
Place a beacon on top of a base which includes one or more blocks of Pyral or Valkyrum
What You Expect To Happen
The beacon beam to activate, as it does with vanilla Minecraft blocks for powering beacons, and the GUI to become interactable to apply buffs.
When using a block of Pyral or a block of Valkyrum with the Book of Lore, both entries state that "they can power beacons".
What Actually Happened

Additional Details
Discovered on Forge 1.20.1, tested individually with no mods other than forge, aether, and treasure reforging. Also quickly tested on 1.21.1 with neoforge version 21.1.133 and the issue seemed to exist in that version too
