Can't Install and run

Hello can't Run the Script whats false? Have Install Python3, Install pip , Install wget. After wget https://bitkeys.work/btc_balance_sorted.csv
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE "wget": library "libssl.so.3" not found: needed by main executable
