Account password reset fails

Summary

Password reset fails with "Interaction session id cookie not found"

Current Situation

I forgot my account password.
I receive the reset email correctly, but when submitting the new password, I always get:

"Session not found error - Interaction session id cookie not found"

Tested on:

• multiple browsers (Firefox, Edge)
• private mode
• different networks (including mobile 4G)
• direct link click and manual URL fix

Seems like an OIDC session issue on the server side.

Desired Situation

How can I solve this problem?
