Failed to add file to eviction cache: "File access time newer than now"

Whenever I upgrade and restart my macOS workers, I see a raft of hundreds of messages like:

However, all of my machines run NTP and so I doubt there is actual time skew, even if my clients were actually rebooting (and they are not).

This occurs on every version upgrade, most recently v0.7.8.

Time is very hard. This is a bug but it is more complicated than it may seem at first.
