Improve home page UX, About page consistency, and nav behaviour
- Awards section: auto-scrolling loop (hover pauses), consistent image heights, add award_1.png
- Home page roles link to /join?role=X to pre-select category on Join Team page
- Remove Upcoming Events and Testimonials sections from home page
- Hide Start Project nav button (invisible) on Contact page to prevent layout shift
- About page: replace solo Sumeet image with team photo at Golden Gate Park, remove yellow badge overlay
- Team bios: normalise Sumeet and Akshata word counts to exactly 154 words each (matching Ashish)
