How do I use this? No Releases and cant compile

The project has errors which don't want to be compiled. Also there are no releases. Please help me out. All I need is a c# psn api that is working. @Tustin

You need .NET Framework 4.7.2 Make sure you pulled the latest version. I cloned it around an hour ago and it compiles with no warnings.
