--ics and --splitant in same run --> unreliable output data

```rawspec -i ... -S ...``` occasionally leads to unreliable output to both SIGPROC filterbank files (.fil) and FBH5 filterbank files (.h5).
This has been observed several times using ```rawspec_testing```.
It has never occured when using either ```-i``` or ```-S``` without the other option.
