[Menu Button]: Menu cannot be closed using keyboard shortcut #12922
Description
Bug Description
The menu of the menu button can be opened by pressing alt + arrow down, alt + arrow up, and F4. The same shortcuts should close the menu when it is already open.
Please note that arrow down and arrow up shortcuts can also be used to open the menu, but they should not close menu while it is open.
