Dear authors,
I'm getting the following error
~/miniconda3/envs/OBc/bin/checkspps: line 192: select_ids: command not found
while running the example
checklists -t list_invert -g list_geo

It appears many times ...
I've installed as suggested in the github code page.
Any idea what could be causing this issue?

[UPDATE]
It seems the script wasn't copied to miniconda bin during installation, but it was on Obcfolder/circling_py/bin/. I don't know why this happened, but I'll leave this issue here in any case.

Hello,
This problem continues. Correcting this error does not resolve another problem (year 2024): BOLD results are reporting no sequences for cases where I confirm there are sequences available...can we have any feedback about these issues? Thanks in advance :) @Ulises-Rosas
