Intellisense Manager -> Enable Intellisense Plus

For some reason that I have not figured out...using FoxCodePlus 3.13.2...it will not save the check mark to enable this feature. So I every time I start VFP and want to use it for something....I have to remember to go into the intellisense manager and enable it manually.

Any ideas? Is this due to something in my config.fpw....resource file....what?
