how can I test every frame in a video?

I want to run DOVER on all frames of a video. I imagine this will give more stable results (at the expense of speed, which is fine).

From the `dover.yml` file, these values seem relevant. But without documentation, I'm not sure what they should be:
```
clip_len: 32
frame_interval: 2
num_clips: 3
```

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
