[1.20.1] Every item completely dissapears from Quark's storage crate #5482

Every single items gone poof. Playing with latest quark on mc 1.20.1 .
And they go poof only in Quark's storage crate, not other containers are affected. And I've got a couple mods running...storage drawers, refined storage, sophisticated backpacks and compact storage.
They all work fine and nothing disappears from the storages of the other mods. Just from Quark's storage crate. I don't even know why or how. So far, this happens 2 times. When I came back running 1000 blocks from exploring and when I teleported back with Waystones 2000 blocks away exploring.
I've got no idea where to start to look for it. I'm not even sure if that chunk loading and unloading is the issue. And I also play with a shitton of mods, so I've no idea where to begin looking. Problem is also, this doesn't happen immediately. I can play for 20 hours and all is fine, and at 20 hours and 1 minute the items are gone. Happend 2 times and different play sessions now.
The main point is: It is only happening to the Quark storage crate. No other storage mods are affected. Not Sophistaced Backbacks, not Refine Storage, not Compact Storage, not Storage Drawers, not Minecolonies Storage Racks and whatever other modded storages I'm using in that playsession, nada.
