Describe the feature request in as much detail as possible

I think it would be really useful if an admin of the bot could set a users birthday themselves. so like [p]bday set USER DATE.

Another feature i thought of is an automatic updating list of upcoming birthdays in the current year, which can be put in a channel as an embed? just an idea. Many thanks

You can use the [p]bdset force command to set another user's birthday.

I'll leave this open for the auto updating embed idea.
