Incorrect typing expectation for .getEntries() method

As I'm implementing a custom storage implementation for our needs, I noticed that the typing expectations for getEntries() method feels off:

public getEntries<T = any>(): Promise<[string, T][]>;

This method is supposed to return all objects stored by WalletConnect libs, which of course means that they will differ in shape.
This means that we cannot pass a generic like so:

storage.getEntries<SomeType>();

and expect all of the entries returned to satisfy SomeType - some of them will contain session's data, while others will contain pairings, expirer metadata, etc.

I think this should be changed to:

public getEntries(): Promise<[string, unknown][]>;

Opened PR #266 to address this.

The current getEntries<T>() signature is unsound because it implies that all stored values share the same type T. In reality, the storage can contain heterogeneous objects (sessions, pairings, metadata, etc.), so this generic cannot be guaranteed.

The PR removes the generic parameter and updates the return type to:

Promise<[string, unknown][]>

Unsafe casts such as as [string, T] were also removed to ensure the type contract reflects actual runtime behavior.

No runtime logic was modified — this strictly corrects the type definition.

Let me know if you'd prefer a different typing approach.
