RuneCord Bot not reading index.js

Hi. I tried running the bot as normal and it just returns "node index.js" and closes the command. The versions of everything I have are as follows:

If you were to run just node index.js does it return anything?

Did you also do npm install before trying npm start?

Yes, I did everything the instructions told me to do.

And I'm not sure how to do node index.js.

You simply type node index.js instead of npm start.

I have tried, but nothing returns. The bot just stays off.

Try the following steps and tell me if it works:

1. Type npm cache clean
2. Delete the node_modules folder in the root of the application
3. Re-run npm install
4. Try npm start one more time

It is still doing the same thing as before. Am I supposed to change the names of any files as the previous bot? I have a config.json.example file. I'm not sure what's going on here. :P

I just randomly tried double clicking on the index.js and it says Error Expected Identifier Line 27 Char 24. Source: Microsoft JScript Compilation Error.

Have you renamed config.json.example to config.json and filled your own information out on it?

If that doesn't work, show me a picture of your command prompt with the response to you doing node -v and npm -v

It worked, but i had to add the ~ next to the reload command, and add the ) between the "" under "commandSets". Here's a pic:
