it keeps showing i'm watching a video despite the tab being closed #45

hi! i keep running into this hyper-specific issue where if i watch a video (any video, to be honest!) it shows i'm watching it... even after the tab's been closed for 6+ hours. i've tried disabling the extension and whatnot, so i'm really not sure why it.. does that.
