urgently help for iranian

Hello, I am in Iran. Unfortunately, none of the Xray-core transports are able to connect. The internet has been completely shut down. The only available methods are NS/DNS-based approaches, the most common of which is DNSTT.
I was able to set up XDNS on the server, but the problem is that when the service starts, the upload/download speed reaches up to 10 Mbps. For this type of connection—where only a few kilobytes of data can normally be transferred—this is strange and illogical. The issue appears to be caused by KCP, which generates traffic irrationally.
If possible, please urgently enable XDNS for other transports such as XHTTP, H3, Hysteria inbound, or even WireGuard. The people of Iran urgently need your help.
