Missile SDB - GPS seeker not configurable from new QAV-80 Harpy UCAV #11316

Description:
When equipping the QAV-80 Harpy UCAV from Expeditionary Forces Update 1.2 with SDBs, the interaction entry to configure the GPS guidance is missing. This is most likely because the Harpy is a UAV, and the conditions for showing the interaction entry are not met.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a Harpy
- Equip it with SDBs
- Connect to it using a UAV Terminal
- Try to set the GPS seeker
Expected behavior:
The gps seeker should be configurable.
