[Feature]: Allow TLS Connection with SLIM Server

Problem Statement

Currently, we only support non-TLS connection with SLIM, but most applications in production require TLS connections at the transport layer. We shall support TLS while connecting with SLIM through app-sdk.

We should allow applications to configure above options while using SLIM as the transport.
