send binary message

Hello,

I have download and use couple of your code here, especially the encoding part. I tried to send broadcast binary message (BBM) using message type 8 via Furuno FA-50, but it always failed.

So far, I have sent many other message types, such as OSD, etc. There is no record log nor warning message from the furuno, makes me harder to find out what's wrong.

please help..
