Custom "manual skip" countdown time?

I cannot figure out a way to change it from 24s (or 25, whatever it is by default)

I would like to set it to 10-12 seconds for manual skip so when Unpaid/Self Promotion comes up the screen isn't obstructed by the popup for as long when I don't click enter or the "X" button. I tried doing the advanced skip option scripting thing and writing it out but there is no way to specify the popup time. If there is any way to do this I can't figure it out. If this isn't a feature it would be a great one to add.

EDIT: I am realizing now that it just lasts as long as the segment does and that is pretty annoying. It would be cool to have the option for a set global time for the popup instead of per segment duration. It is possible that it could show the popup for too long with a global timer if there's a really short segment but in my opinion I'd rather it be like that and still have the popup 5-10 seconds for longer promotions.

You could even have a selector that enables the popup to act as normal if it is already below your set time. (For example: if you have it set to 10s but it is a 9s segment you can have it set to ON so it'll just keep the popup for 9s and not go over)
