Selecting rows/columns to exclude from clustering analysis

Some elements in a DSM are known as integrative. These generally have connections to many other elements in the system, and are placed at the top or bottom of the DSM. These will skew clustering algorithms if they're included. To prevent this, the user should be able to select elements to exclude from the clustering analysis functions.

This is very similar to the feature that was added to exclude elements from the propagation analysis.

It looks like you've added exclusions to the Thebeau algorithm under cluster algorithms. I can't really tell if it's working though. We probably need to construct a good example for testing.

Some general questions about this though:

1. Why are exclusions only available for Thebeau?
2. Why is the old menu option for the Thebeau algorithm still in the Tools menu?
3. What is the ART1 algorithm?
