Labels from todoist not being loaded

Describe the bug
my existing labels on todoist are not loading at all within planify on existing tasks or when creating a new task, I can create/use labels on the app and they show on todoist but not the other way around

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to todoist
2. create a new label
3. assign any task a new or existing label that was not created by planify
4. open planify
5. task shows up but without the label

Expected behavior
labels are synced normally and assigned correctly to tasks and show up when creating a new task.

Are all labels loading on initial sync?

If not, Ii think this text from the docs gives us a clue about the actual issue:

Full sync data delay
For big accounts, the data in the initial sync may be returned with some delay, and newer objects and updates may seem to be missing. The full_sync_date_utc attribute should be the same or very close to the current UTC date. If you notice a bigger time difference, it's recommended to do an incremental sync using the sync_token included in that initial sync response to get the latest updates.

no labels were being loaded at any point, I don't understand the distinction between initial and incremental sync, is initial on account addition?

yes it was zero, I added some debugging output while testing for the PR

That’s a bit strange — about how many labels do you have registered in your Todoist account?
