ghcr.io versus docker hub

Hi all,
I've noticed that the docker file now is pointing to ghcr.io instead of the docker hub.
Does it mean that the main developer has decided to move since I've noticed that the "hub" version is still at the 1.15.3 Version ?

As mentioned earlier, we had lost access of our bentopdf dockerhub account. Docker Hub support team we still not able to resolve it for 10 days. So we've migrated our Docker Hub account The old bentopdf/bentopdf images are no longer maintained by us. The new official account for bentopdf is bentopdfteam/bentopdf

As Brendan mentioned in our link above, we had lost access to Docker Hub account, hence we've since moved to a new account "bentopdfteam".
Also ghcr is now the recommended method because of Docker Hub's rate limit
