[Feature] Laravel Scout v11 support

Laravel Scout v11 has been officially released; see also https://github.com/laravel/scout/releases/tag/v11.0.0.

It would be great to have this package compatible with the latest Laravel Scout version.
Given the relative small impact of most breaking changes, I assume this should be relatively straightforward to achieve.

Yeah I'd like to use this, but i can't because of the scout version mismatch. Can you look into this @MarioAlexandruDan ?

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires algolia/scout-extended ^4.0 -> satisfiable by algolia/scout-extended[v4.0.0].
    - algolia/scout-extended v4.0.0 requires laravel/scout ^10.11.6 -> found laravel/scout[v10.11.6, ..., 10.x-dev] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^11.1).

Thanks for the report @bdlowery !
We're aware of this and there's already a PR in progress adding Scout v11 support, which is what's needed for Laravel 13.
We'll get it merged soon!

FYI: Laravel 13 support has been added in Scout v10 (see https://github.com/laravel/scout/releases/tag/v10.24.0), so updating to that should already be working without requiring Scout v11 support.
