Participant requests contact.
Remote user receives email.
Remote user connects.
Participant is interrupted (Ding/Ding/Ding) and told about incoming call.
Participant does nothing.
Remote user told participant not available and is disconnected.
Participant accepts call.
NB Perhaps participant should be told that remote user has disconnected at this point
instead of going to Hangout window and waiting?
Hangout window appears with selfie.
Remote user connection never appears (of course).
Participant asks to leave call.
Back to normal interaction.
