Context business parameter should be configurable

Currently the value is hardcoded to "urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0"

For French Factur-X the value change accordingly to the purpose of the invoice.

We should add a away to make this field configurable.

It makes in gerneral sense to allow make values more variable. I am currently lacking a bit visibility for the different country specific topics, but I saw, that you made multiple changes for the French Factur-X. I would be happy to discuss and review options for country specific adaptations.
