thanks for reporting this! you're right on both counts:

1. add → install — the docs were wrong. the correct command is claude plugin install, not claude plugin add. fixed across all READMEs and docs.

2. marketplace path — you shouldn't need the marketplace step at all. claude plugin install anipotts/mine pulls directly from the anipotts/mine repo. the marketplace config was also empty, which is why that fallback path failed — fixed that too.

tl;dr — one command should work now:

claude plugin install anipotts/mine

you're right that add should be install — the docs are stale and need updating, thanks for catching it. the marketplace resolution failure is a separate bug; for now the most reliable path is installing directly from the repo: claude plugin install https://github.com/anipotts/mine (no marketplace step needed). will track both fixes here.
