Provider for Github uses normal subdomains even for business accounts #876

Heho,

tried out opencode today. At home everything worked fine, but at work no responses where delivered. copilot.nvim and the integration in vscode worked flawlessly. Thus, i looked into dns queries and saw that nvim/vscode called proxy.business.githubcopilot.com and api.business.githubcopilot.com but opencode called api.githubcopilot.com which is blocked at work.

It would be awesome if model.dev provides business subdomains depending on the account.

Kind regards
Alexander
