"Gathered context" shown instead of showing what the AI did

Description

The web UI used to say what the AI is actually accessing, now you have to click on each individual line or it's hidden, which is of course not feasible. What's the benefit of hiding filenames and what the AI is really doing?

Look at the screenshot - these lines tell me nothing. Might as well remove them altogether or replace with "AI did stuff".

People ditched Claude Code for exactly this design mistake only for OpenCode to copy it
