General Task with 0 tool calls never stop

Description

When opencode spawn a general task with 0 tool calls, it will stuck forever. No log, no token consumption. I can't click the general task box in order to see the expanded log like the other general task.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use GLM 5 from Coding Plan.
2. Prompt complex tasks.
3. Wait until opencode spawn general task with 0 tool calls.
4. The opencode will stuck forever (not hang, just no more progress in the middle of task). Even when i leave it for 10 hours during night sleep.

These issues describe similar symptoms where tasks/subagents get stuck indefinitely. If your issue is different (specific to 0 tool calls), please clarify in a comment.
