Show a note icon if a to-do task has notes inside it

Clear and concise description of the problem

Currently when you put a note inside any task it doesn't display any indicator for this which can be quite confusing.

Suggested solution

Adding a little note icon that is right next to the title if the notes inside the task is populated.
