postgreSQL High Availability Test - Airflow Scheduler process not restarting automatically

Hi folks -

we have installed Airflow 3.04 version on a virtual machine and during the high availability (HA) test for PostgreSQL, the Airflow Scheduler process terminated and is not coming back automatically where as other processes like Triggerer, and DAG Processor processes terminated and got restarted automatically.. any clue on why only the scheduler process is not coming back up while the other processes are coming back up.

below is the error that we see from the logs
sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (psycopg2.OperationalError) connection to server at xxxxxx, port 5432 failed: server closed the connection unexpectedly.
This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request.
