Iceberg Table Maintanance

Hello,

While reviewing the Gravitino documentation, I came across the following statement in the Iceberg catalog capabilities section:

Doesn't support snapshot or table management operations.

Could you clarify what this means in practice? Specifically:

• Does this mean Gravitino itself does not expose or implement maintenance operations, but clients can still perform them directly via the Iceberg REST API?
• Or does it mean that table and snapshot management is not supported at all, including through Iceberg REST?
• Or is another interpretation intended?

It' necceseary to clarify the difference between the Gravitino Iceberg REST server and the Gravitino server with the Iceberg catalog. The former supports all Iceberg capabilities, while the latter only supports some of them.

Let's say I have a catalog in Spark configured like this:
