Uploading steerpoints above 20 not working in F16

Up to steerpoint 20, uploading a steerpoint works like a charm.
Uploading steerpoint 21 fails.
On stp 21 the LAT & LNG get entered on the LNG line.

Those steer points are reserved in the viper. Don't program those ones.

The way has no idea how to tell what steer point it's on, it only knows that it's +x from the start waypoint
